Shipping policy

Orders are shipped from our HQ in Kuala Lumpur within 1-3 working days after your order being placed. We uses courier service providers such as J&T, GDex, Skynet Express, Aramex, SF Express or etc to both Peninsula, East Malaysia & Overseas. All orders are with tracking information.

It’s take around 2-4 working days in Peninsular Malaysia; 7-9 working days in East Malaysia. Overseas ETA vary base on location. Transit days are an estimate only, and may vary depending on the carrier.

wwhite.co is not responsible for lost, delayed or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office to remedy the situation.

For big bulk furniture purchase within Klang Valley we provide a lorry truck delivery services and charges rates will depend the area to be send. We also provide the Installation services with charge if the item need to be install,  (Installation services only provide for Klang Valley customer) (T&C Apply). Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days exclude public holidays and weekends.
